Senior Quantity Surveyor Certain Advantage are hiring for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based either in London, Birmingham or Manchester.This role is on a permanent basis with some national travel required.MEP experience within data centre projects is essential for this position.The company: Were working with a business thats a global consulting and project management firm specialising in real estate, infrastructure, and construction. It often works on large-scale projects like corporate headquarters, hospitals, airports, and smart city developments, ensuring theyre efficient, environmentally responsible, and future ready.Your responsibilities: Take ownership of pre- and post-contract services across multiple projectsProvide expert commercial and financial guidance to clientsPrepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tender documentation, and feasibility studiesOversee procurement, contract administration, valuations, and paymentsMaximise cost efficiency and project profitabilityManage claims, resolve disputes, and support successful outcomesCollaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence and grow the business The individual: Main Contractor experienceProven experience in both pre- and post-contract stagesStrong negotiation and communication skillsCommercial awareness with a strategic mindsetA proactive, results-driven approach and ability to leadA collaborative attitude and professional presenceDoes this sound like your next career move?
