Senior Quantity Surveyor Hyper-Scale Data Centre (Central Europe) - Global Contractor

We're working with a First-Class Global Main Contractor—a leader in building the high-tech, critical infrastructure that powers tomorrow's world. Due to massive project wins, we need a highly experienced and ambitious Lead Quantity Surveyor to spearhead the commercial delivery on a complex Hyper-Scale Data Centre project in Central Europe.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:

* Act as the commercial backbone for the project team, ensuring financial compliance and maximising returns on a multi-million-euro scale.

* Provide essential commercial support and advice to the Construction Team, ensuring strict contract compliance across all phases.

* Proactively identify, analyse, and report on potential commercial risks and financial exceptions to senior management.

* Drive operational procurement and provide crucial contract support, working closely with the Procurement Department.

* Oversee and manage all subcontractor accounts, from initial award through to complex variations and final account settlement.

* Deliver precise financial analysis and reporting in line with Group Policies, providing the intelligence management needs to succeed.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, large-scale construction environment and are ready for the complexity of a Hyper-Scale project.

* 7+ years of post-qualification experience in a large-scale, onsite environment.

* Relevant third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).

* Proven expertise in delivering major construction projects for reputable main contractors.
