The Role
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to take ownership of cost planning and commercial management across a diverse care home portfolio.
Key responsibilities:

Leading cost management for new-build and refurbishment projects in the care home sector.
*
Preparing cost plans, budgets, and detailed financial reports.
*
Managing procurement strategies, tender processes, and contract negotiations.
*
Advising clients on value engineering and cost optimisation.
*
Collaborating with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure financial and delivery targets are met.
*
Mentoring junior team members where required.
About You
*
MRICS qualified (or working towards) with solid PQS / consultancy experience.
*
Strong background in residential, healthcare, or care home projects.
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*
Proficient in cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
*
Ambitious, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to a growing consultancy.
