You can't look around the Capital these days without seeing a crane atop a multistory building, right in the heart of the City, because London will never be short of investment.

It's home to the largest and most prestigious projects in the country, if not the continent, meaning it's the focus point for some the largest buidling envelope contractors the globe has to offer.

We're partnered with one of those contractors who need a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their large commercial team based out of London.

You'd be responsible for running those gigantic, flagship projects, with the support and backing of the best commercial team the industry has to offer.

Your salary could be anything up to £100k, with various bonuses and packages - that's dependent on experience of course but there is a real 'money not important, so long as they're the right person' feel to this one.

Now when we say, dependent on experience, we're open to talking with anyone with surveying experience from a specialist subcontracting background and whilst building envelope experience would be great, it's by no means essential, so don't be put off by the industry.
