The company;
They are an established sub contract manufacturer who have gone through a re-vamp in recent years that have earnt themselves a great reputation within the Automotive and Motorsport industries for their work. As a business they have some ambitious growth plans lead by a team of senior managers with which this position will play a key role in. You can expect a modern working environment that has been recently re-furbished with gym and kitchen.
The role;
You will play a pivotal part in ensuring the QMS systems are maintained and focused on meeting ISO and IATF standards. You will oversee quality inspection and make changes to ensure first article inspection reports are being carried out correctly, leading root cause analysis activities and manage the quality data. The overall goal is to make processes slicker, improve the quality of the parts being sent to customers and reduce potential delays in manufacturing!
What we need from you;
Previously lead Quality Management System (QMS) development and maintenance
Previous quality experience within a CNC precision machining environment
Experienced with quality methods such as PPAP, APQP, root cause analysis, FAIR's, SPC
