An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in Hampshire, known for their strong reputation in delivering high-quality products and continuous improvement across their operations.

I’m looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to take ownership of core quality activities within the business. This role will focus on maintaining high standards across products, processes, and systems, and supporting quality improvements throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the full range of quality engineering duties – from managing audits, analysing quality data, leading root cause investigations and corrective actions, to supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure compliance, drive best practices, and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.
