Job Description
A dynamic international firm, at the forefront of providing legal, corporate, and financial services across multiple jurisdictions, is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join their Compliance team. In this role, you'll oversee the quality assurance strategy, ensuring rigorous vetting processes and high standards are consistently met across various global teams. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing QA team, ensuring accuracy and consistency in client onboarding and reviews. Oversee and drive the development and implementation of QA frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure alignment with organisational objectives. Analyse data and report on key trends, risk factors, and quality metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Act as a subject matter expert on complex QA issues, providing guidance and solutions where policies do not clearly apply. Lead training initiatives to enhance team competencies and improve overall quality scores across the firm.
Skills & Experience Required:
Deep understanding of AML, KYC, and financial crime compliance regulations. Proven experience in designing and implementing QA frameworks for compliance functions. Strong background in regulatory reporting, governance, and quality management systems. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, driving engagement and continuous improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in reporting to senior management and governance committees.
