The Development Bank of Wales is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Executive to play a pivotal role in enhancing our risk management and quality assurance framework. This senior role is central to our Quality Assurance team and will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality insights across the organisation.
You will lead a team of Quality Assurance Executives, overseeing the delivery of regular qualitative reviews across our Investment and Property Services functions.
