Senior QA & Project Delivery Manager

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior QA & Project Delivery Manager to lead quality assurance and project delivery across a range of complex, large-scale technology initiatives. This is a pivotal role requiring a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to ensure the successful delivery of software, infrastructure, and transformation projects across global operations. You will define and implement QA strategies, lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels — from technical teams to executive leadership. Ideal candidates will bring deep experience in full lifecycle delivery, testing governance, automation strategy, and performance reporting through metrics and dashboards.
