With a unique populationincluding a high proportion of men aged 40+this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop bespoke psychological services alongside an established Psychotherapist and a dedicated multi-disciplinary team. The Role: Clinical Leadership & Specialist Care As a Senior Psychologist, you will be a clinical pillar within the site, responsible for: Clinical Oversight: Providing training, supervision, and reflective practice for the Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT). Specialist Interventions: Delivering 1:1 and group sessions via our trauma-informed 'Making Sense' programme. Complex Formulations: Leading psychological assessments and supporting multi-disciplinary teams in understanding complex adult mental health presentations.
