The Role: Clinical Excellence & Leadership As a Senior Psychologist, you will be the clinical backbone of our psychological therapies, responsible for: Specialist Assessments: Interpreting complex data to provide high-level psychological assessments for patients. Supervision & Training: Mentoring healthcare and prison staff in trauma-informed care and overseeing doctoral-level training placements. Service Development: Contributing to regional and national policy, driving the evolution of our mental health service.
