Senior Property Manager Monday - Friday hours Salary £45,000 - £55,000pa About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Block Property Manager to oversee a substantial portfolio spread across four large blocks in Surrey & Berkshire. This is a full-time role with the flexibility to work from home. You will be responsible for independently managing the portfolio with support from an Assistant Property Manager and site staff, demonstrating strong financial acumen and excellent relationship-building skills with clients, residents, and contractors. Oversee service charge budgeting, financial reporting, and cost transparency.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with residents, clients, site staff, and contractors.

Deliver excellent communication and customer service to all stakeholders.

Lead and support the Assistant Property Manager and onsite teams.

Ensure compliance with leasehold legislation, health and safety, and company policies.
