About the Role

Senior Property Manager required for a growing short-term lettings and holiday rental business based in Chichester Marina within the property management sector. This office-based role sits within a structured guest operations team and is suited to an experienced professional with a background in short-term lettings, Airbnb or Bookingcom platforms. You will manage listings, guest communication and operational delivery, ensuring high standards and strong commercial performance across a portfolio of managed properties.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise listings across Airbnb, Bookingcom and VRBO

Maintain accurate descriptions, imagery and amenities for all properties

Monitor pricing systems, availability and booking performance

Handle booking enquiries and maximise conversion rates

Oversee guest communication before and during stays

Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance to uphold standards

Required Skills and Experience
Experience in short-term lettings or property management

Strong knowledge of Airbnb, Bookingcom or similar platforms

Excellent written communication and guest service skills

High attention to detail and presentation standards

Confident using pricing systems and structured processes

Experience with Guesty or similar PMS advantageous
