Senior Property Manager The Construction Index Ltd – London, Vauxhall Overview We are a high‑end, multi‑branch estate agency looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our new office based in Vauxhall. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service Proactively manage a portfolio of approximately 175 residential properties Address maintenance issues and coordinate repairs Chase rental arrears, negotiate deposit returns and handle disputes Leverage your technical property‑management knowledge to resolve complex issues and mentor staff, sharing expertise with the team
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of property‑management experience Ability to organise and prioritise workload Strong verbal and written communication skills Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude Hardworking and productive individual
