Garton Jones Real Estate is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our flagship Chelsea Bridge Wharf office. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced individual to play a key role within our growing property management department and support the continued success of one of the most active residential portfolios in central London.Role and Responsibilities:Liaising with Landlords and TenantsMaintain clear, professional and proactive communication with landlords and tenants, ensuring a high level of service at all timesWorking with the Head of Property ManagementAttend regular meetings to review portfolio performance, resolve issues and ensure smooth day to day operationsServing Required NoticesEnsure all legal notices are prepared and served accurately and in line with current legislationProperty InspectionsCarry out regular property inspections and ensure properties are maintained to the required standardDeposit ReturnsManage the deposit return process in line with current regulations, ensuring fair and compliant outcomesRental ArrearsProactively manage and chase arrears, working closely with tenants and landlords to resolve issues quicklyMaintenance ManagementOversee maintenance issues from start to finish, instructing contractors and ensuring works are completed efficiently and to a high standardExperience and Skills:Minimum 4 years experience as a Property ManagerStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage a busy portfolioConfident communicator with the ability to handle both landlords and tenants professionallyA team player who contributes positively to the wider office environmentExperience using Reapit or similar property management systems preferredQualifications:Strong understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirementsHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office and property management systemsProactive with a strong problem solving mindsetThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking to step into a senior role within a well established and growing agency.If you are driven, professional and looking to progress your career, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
