The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Estates, the Senior Property Manager will oversee the maintenance, compliance, and enhancement of a commercial and residential estate. The role combines strategic PPM planning with hands-on delivery of refurbishments, reactive works, and health & safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a comprehensive PPM programme aligned with asset management and lease events Oversee refurbishment and redecoration projects from specification to completion Manage all reactive maintenance across the portfolio Ensure full H&S and statutory compliance Prepare and forecast service charge budgets where applicable Line manage internal team members and oversee external cont...
