Senior Property Associate (4-10 PQE)West End Boutique Law FirmLondonI am working with a highly regarded boutique law firm in London's West End who are looking to appoint a Senior Property Associate to lead and develop their property offering.This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious property lawyer to step into a standalone role, taking ownership of all property matters within the firm and working closely with senior leadership on high-quality transactions.The RoleYou will act as the firm's primary property specialist, advising on a broad range of matters, including:Commercial property transactions (circa 80%), including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord & tenant workHigh-net-worth residential property (circa 20%), including prime London sales and purchasesManaging transactions from instruction through to completionActing as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a high-touch, partner-level serviceSupporting the wider firm on property aspects of broader commercial mattersAbout YouQualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4-10 years' PQEStrong experience across commercial property, particularly acquisitions and disposalsExposure to HNW residential transactions is highly desirableComfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of a practice areaCommercially minded with strong client relationship skillsAmbitious and interested in playing a key role in a growing boutique firmThe OpportunityThis role offers a rare chance to own and shape a property practice within a successful boutique firm.
