We are partnered a leading UK property organisation who are looking for a Senior Property Accountant.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated finance professional to take ownership of the full suite of accounting responsibilities for a dynamic property portfolio, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.Key Responsibilities:Review quarterly management accounts, monthly cash flows, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues.Prepare year-end statutory financial statements under IFRS and support annual budgets and business plan reviews.Support Asset Managers with financial analysis of prospective tenants, lease cashflow modelling, and capital work streams.Review VAT and CIS reporting and consolidate submissions for Finance Manager approval.Lead agent review meetings, drive reporting improvements, and maintain portfolio trackers and schedules.Assist with ad hoc finance projects and other duties across the UK property portfolio.Key Skills & Attributes:Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)Property sector experience.Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills.Excellent problem-solving mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. #J-18808-Ljbffr
