Senior Project Manager Overview: The Senior Project Manager is the most senior project-based member of staff and is the leader of the project team. The team is responsible for the effective and efficient running of the project; ensuring the project is planned, programmed and delivered on time to the satisfaction of the client with respect to quality, safety, environmental impact and budget.
