Senior Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment

I’m currently partnering with a highly respected Cost & Project Management consultancy in London who are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to support their continued growth across the commercial and fit-out sector.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, client-facing consultancy delivering high-quality projects across commercial fit-out, hospitality/leisure, and refurbishment/retrofit schemes.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering projects end-to-end, acting as the key client interface and taking full ownership from inception through to completion.

Projects are typically fast-paced, design-led environments requiring strong stakeholder management and the ability to operate autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects independently across multiple sectors
• Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor
• Manage project programmes, risks, and commercial performance
• Administer contracts, particularly under JCT forms
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations

What They’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering projects autonomously
• Strong background in commercial fit-out, hospitality, or refurbishment projects
• Proven client-facing project management experience
• Solid understanding and experience administering JCT contracts
• MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
