Company & Project: Apple Technical Recruitment are working in partnership with an award winning Tier 1 Main Contractor to recruit a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a c£50m Design and Build Education project in Essex. With a busy project pipeline and healthy order book for the remainder of 2025 and into 2026, the business are seeking to recruit a Senior Project Manager with a track record of delivering projects in excess of c£40m in single value through the whole project lifecycle including pre-construction, PCSA and on-site delivery.
Our client is a well respected employer who have a number of projects valued at c£50m+ on site and starting on site in 2026 across Essex and the surrounding counties.
