Location: Essex / London

Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum + company vehicle

Our client is seeking an experience Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of commercial construction and refurbishment projects, from cradle to grave.

You will play a critical role at tender stage, shaping scopes, pricing works and setting programmes before leading the delivery phase on site.

This position will suit an individual who thrives in a senior leadership role, enjoys autonomy, and is confident managing multiple live projects while maintaining strong client relationships and commercial control.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Full lifecycle delivery of commercial projects from tender to completion
• Pre-construction involvement including scoping, estimating and tender submissions
• Programming, planning and reporting using Microsoft Project and Excel
• Acting as Principal Contractor and running CDM sites
• Managing site and project management teams

What We Are Looking For:

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:

• Strong experience in a Senior Project / Construction Manager role
• Proven delivery of commercial construction or refurbishment projects
• A solid understanding of pre-construction processes and cost planning
• SMSTS and CSCS certification
• Competency with Microsoft Project, Excel and project systems
