Senior Project Manager

We are working with an established Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex refurbishment schemes within Grade I & II listed buildings. You will lead projects £20m+ from 2nd stage tender and pre-construction through to handover, ensuring excellence across programme, quality, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end project leadership across all phases
Delivery of heritage refurbishment in listed buildings, ensuring compliance with conservation and planning requirements
Programme and risk management to drive successful outcomes
Commercial oversight on £20m+ projects
Stakeholder management including clients, local authorities, and heritage bodies
Leading teams and setting high standards for delivery, safety, and quality

Requirements

Proven experience on Grade I & II listed building refurbishment projects
Strong track record delivering £20m+ schemes within a Tier 1 contractor
Experience from pre-construction through to completion
Strong commercial, programme, and stakeholder management skills
