A leading commercial design and build contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in Guildford. Delivering Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects up to £5m, this role offers the chance to take full ownership of high-quality schemes across the South East.
Role Overview:
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion, managing internal teams, subcontractors, and client relationships. You’ll be accountable for delivering on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of fit-out projects up to £5m in value.

Lead site activity, driving programme, quality, health & safety, and client satisfaction.
*
Work closely with pre-construction and commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery.
*
Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
*
Chair site meetings and produce clear, structured progress reports.
*
Deliver snag-free projects and handovers that meet or exceed client expectations.
