Job Title: Senior Project Manager\n Location: London, UK\n Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 + Package (Car Allowance, Bonus, Pension, Healthcare)\n About Us:\n \n Our are a leading London-based construction contractor specialising in high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects across the commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors.\n As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex refurbishment and fit-out schemes across Greater London.\n\nRole Overview:\n The Senior Project Manager will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead project teams, liaise with clients and consultants, manage subcontractors, and oversee site operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end refurbishment and fit-out projects (£10m - £40m in value).\nAct as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.\nDevelop and manage project programmes, logistics plans, and site set-up.\nCoordinate design, procurement, and construction activities.\nEnsure health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to at all times.\nMonitor project performance, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.\nOversee cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts in collaboration with the commercial team.\nLead and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.\nConduct regular progress meetings and report to senior leadership.Key Requirements:\n\nMinimum 7-10 years' proven experience delivering high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects in the UK construction sector.\nStrong track record in managing projects in live environments and complex logistical conditions.\nExperience working with both traditional and design & build contracts.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.\nCommercially astute with a solid understanding of construction contracts and procurement.\nRelevant construction qualifications (e.g., HNC/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar).\nSMSTS, CSCS Black/Platinum card, and First Aid qualified.What's on Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary: £85,000 - £100,000 depending on experience\nComprehensive benefits package (incl. car allowance, bonus scheme, pension, private healthcare)\nOpportunity to work on prestigious London projects\nA supportive and collaborative working environment\nClear path to progression within a growing and respected contractor
