Hybrid (London office 4 days/week) | Full-Time (Immediate Start) | £42,000–£48,000
Are you an exceptional Project Manager with a knack for client relationships, production logistics, and brand experiences? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team and lead high-profile projects across our major accounts.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that blends process excellence with creative execution. You'll be working across a wide range of brand experiences – from exhibition stands and outdoor festivals to high-budget launches and industry awards.
You’ll be:
Leading major projects (including activations atfestivals) with support from theProject Director
Managing chunky budgets and keeping a sharp eye on detail
Driving logistics: understanding stock movement across the country, managing suppliers, and tracking production schedules
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver bold, memorable brand experiences
Onsite at events – from a festival in Manchester to a high-end fashion collaboration atDesign Week
Trusted with high-profile, brand-led campaigns that are never transactional – you’ll help shape and grow these accounts
About You
You're confident, meticulous, and proactive – someone who thrives when spinning plates and solving problems. You:
Excel at client management and love being the go-to person
Your production/logistics experience speaks for itself
Bring solid knowledge of branding and activation – you’ve even just perhapsdone the odd exhibition stand and understand how creative ideas come to life
Know how to push a project forward while keeping all the details watertight
Have agency-side experience in logistics, events, or production
Want to grow accounts and play an integral role in long-term client relationships
