A long-delayed submarine disposal programme is finally being restructured and the SDA needs experienced hands to shape what comes next.

You’ll lead the organisational arrangements workstream. That means planning the structure, coordinating SMEs, managing the transition to BAU and guiding the documentation that supports major business cases. You’ll be client-facing and trusted to run with it.

This role sits at the front of a strategic MOD programme. You’ll help bring structure to one of defence’s most complex capability transitions.

It's a home based role with 2 days per week travel to Bristol expected.
