The Role : We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a background in Quantity Surveying (QS) or Building Surveying (BS) to lead and manage multiple commercial projects, including data centre developments. The role involves end-to-end project management, client liaison, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a portfolio of commercial projects, with a focus on data centres. Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial reporting. Provide expert advice on building surveying, construction, and project management matters. Manage procurement, contracts, and tender processes. Coordinate and collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure successful delivery. Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with health & safety regulations. Prepare progress reports, project updates, and provide clear communication to clients.
