Senior Technical M&E Project Manager / Head of Projects dependent on experience sought for this global, hugely successful Building Services company.

An astute operator is required who prides themselves on delivering quality projects and leading from the front.

An ambitious leader who is an expert in M&E Project Delivery.

Projects are typically £150k - £3m.

This role is covering the South Coast with a team of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers reporting into them.

M&E Technical expertise is desired as well as the experience to run a substantial P&L.

The ability to sell projects would be advantageous but the ethos of this particular role is more about showcasing a high level of project delivery in order to substantiate further projects and cement solid client relationship partnerships.

Mentoring a team at all levels is equally as important. Someone highly ambitious who can identify talent and bring them through, including their own successor. Opportunities across the board are boundless after a hugely successful period, and 2024 shows no sign of abating.

Background of the successful candidate could include an M&E design background, technical M&E projects background, building services ideally.

Location wise this role will cover the South East and you will manage your own time.
