About the Role We’re looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects from start to finish. You’ll be the key point of contact on-site, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure. Coordinate site activities, ensuring smooth collaboration between all stakeholders. Manage consultants and subcontractors, ensuring efficient resource use and team motivation. Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring site safety for staff and visitors. Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities. Own and present weekly governance updates to the client. Approve supplier risk assessments and method statements. Manage third-party suppliers, including performance reviews and quality checks. Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and respond to emergency calls when needed.
