We have ambitious plans to expand our collection of workspaces in the future, pioneering industry change through our conscious design and construction practices, and creating workspaces that empower our members to work in their own unique way.The roleWe are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of bespoke workspace solutions for our members across a small team of project managers.This role is pivotal in ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of design, functionality, and client satisfaction in line with budget and programme requirements. You will act as the primary interface between clients, contractors and internal teams, managing project from concept through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryLead the delivery of new flexible office space projects, across all RIBA Stages, from feasibility and business case approval through to practical completion and handoverDefine and drive the Procurement strategy specific to each projectManage consultants, contractors, and third-party stakeholders to achieve cost, programme, and quality objectivesEnsure alignment with company design, operational, and commercial standardsClient EngagementBuild strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into tailored workspace solutionsConfidently present concepts, progress updates, and final solutions to clients and stakeholders at all levelsTechnical OversightOversee design development and review consultant/contractor proposals to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including fire safety, MEP systems, health & safety, and building regulationsEnsure robust quality assurance procedures are implemented throughout the project lifecycleManage handover and close-out processesGovernance & ReportingProvide accurate and timely reporting on project budgets, programme, risks, and progress to senior stakeholdersMaintain full compliance with internal approval processes and governance frameworksWork closely with Design, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver seamless project outcomes for the client or the businessTeam CollaborationWork closely with Design, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver seamless project outcomes for the client or the businessManagementAlongside managing projects, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Project Managers within the Interiors team, responsible for the day to day, issue resolution, regular catch ups, monthly reporting to the Head of Interiors and performance reviews.The companyAt Fora, we're fueled by a desire to enhance the way people work.
