Job Description

We’re working with a highly regarded boutique project management consultancy specialising in super-prime and high-end residential projects across London. Known for their personal, hands-on approach and exceptionally high standards, the business works closely with HNW and UHNW clients on schemes ranging from high-quality fit-outs to complex refurbishments, typically between £50k and £15m.

Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of key residential schemes and act as a trusted client-facing lead.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of luxury residential projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure programmes, costs, and quality are tightly controlled. This is a highly visible role, offering genuine autonomy and responsibility within a close-knit, professional team.

What They’re Looking For

Circa 7 years’ experience delivering high-end residential projects in London Ideally from a Quantity Surveying or cost-led background Confident leading design meetings and managing consultant teams Strong contract and procurement knowledge with a deep understanding of the build process Comfortable dealing directly with demanding HNW clients Highly organised, responsive, and reliable Ambitious, proactive, and proud of delivering exceptional outcomes
