My client a Global Organisation are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to start ASAP.

You will be an accomplished Technology Project Manager with experience of managing multiple projects, managing outlet/multi-site related IT changes in the Technology environment. As an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering key Supply chain SAP Related projects across the business.

What you will be doing

Understand key business / Technology plans and current priorities to deliver Infrastructure projects to transition and/or transform the current technology estate. Deliver Technology projects to drive time/cost & quality improvements Lead SAP related Supply chain projects Take responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects, directing and counselling project team members and advising internal and external stakeholders as necessary on all phases Ensure that realistic project quality and risk plans are prepared and maintained for the project. Monitor and control team performance against plans. Maintains effective financial project progress forecasting and report as appropriate. Monitor and control allocated human and material resources associated revenue costs and all capital costs against the project budget. Ensures that a change control procedure is in place and actively used to assess the effect of changes to the projects on costs, timescale and/or resource needs and reports these to the project sponsors. Ensure that projects are formally closed and where appropriate, subsequently reviewed and that lessons learned are captured and appropriate action taken. Evaluate and make recommendations/ decisions on technical options as appropriate, in line with group technical strategies Act as the liaison between the customer and supplier organisations, enabling all communications to take place effectively and efficiently. Present and report up to C suite level

What we are looking for

Extensive experience in Supply Chain logistics technical delivery Experience of working on SAP projects Experienced in managing multiple IT projects including large projects concurrently Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Passionate about technology with the ability to translate solutions so they are easily understood by non-technical stakeholders Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal customers Experience with budget management Excellent written and verbal communications and analytical skills required Work under minimal supervision Full project life cycle skills This is a great opportunity to work for a leading organisation, and likely to extend beyond 3 months.
