Job Description
CJC Recruit are representing a Tier 1 main contractor delivering a portfolio of high-profile projects across the East of Scotland — including new-build schools and large commercial facilities ranging from £20–£60 million in value. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Director to lead a flagship development through full lifecycle delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Full ownership of project delivery from pre-construction to handover\n\n * Programme leadership, risk management, stakeholder engagement\n\n * Managing commercial performance and reporting to senior leadership\n\n * Leading a high-performing delivery team and subcontract supply chain\n\n * Ensuring safety excellence, quality assurance and client satisfaction\n\n * Driving buildability, productivity and digital construction adoption\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven track record leading major construction projects £20m+\n\n * Experience in education / public sector builds strongly preferred\n\n * Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding\n\n * Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to high-performance outcomes\n\nWhat’s on Offer\nA key leadership role with long-term regional pipeline, strong support structure and the opportunity to shape a project of significant community impact.\n\nApply in confidence via CJC Recruit
