Senior Project Manager – Luxury Commercial Fit Out

Location: London (Hybrid + Site Travel)

Salary: up to £75k dependent on experience

Projects: Luxury commercial/retail projects. Knowledge with working on historical buildings a HUGE plus.

We’re working with a respected, design-led consultancy delivering standout commercial interiors for global brands. With a growing pipeline of high-end fit outs, they’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their London team.

The Role

You’ll lead complex luxury fit out projects from start to finish — managing design teams, contractors, timelines, and budgets with precision. Experience with heritage buildings is a major plus, as is confidence navigating structural, MEP, and statutory challenges. You’ll be client-facing, detail-focused, and solution-oriented.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience delivering luxury retail, hospitality, or workplace fit outs
• Heritage building experience in London highly desirable
• Confident with drawings, buildability reviews, and compliance
• Comfortable with JCT contracts or willing to learn
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Calm under pressure, organised, and delivery-focused
