Job DescriptionFreelance Senior Project Manager - Paid Media & Performance Marketing\nContract- Outside IR35 (must be Ltd) \n£390 per day 2 days in London, 3 from home. Start ASAP\nWe are seeking a highly experienced Freelance Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of paid media and performance marketing projects. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who operates confidently at a senior level and thrives in fast-paced environments.\nThe ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in delivering projects with a focus on SEO and PPC. You will need to have clear evidence of this on you CV, and a proven background in delivering complex digital marketing projects ideally within a media or marketing agency setting.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
\n \nLead end-to-end delivery of paid media and performance marketing projects\n \n
\nSupport junior Project Managers, providing guidance and structure\n \n
\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets\n \n
\nBe a guru with Asana on sit\n \n
\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to performance goals\n \n
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and clients \n
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges \n
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes \n
Coordinate reporting and ensure clear communication of progress and outcomes \n
\n\nRequired Experience\n
\n Extensive experience operating as a Senior Project Manager within digital, media, or marketing environments \n
Strong, demonstrable project delivery experience across paid media and performance marketing \n
Clear hands-on exposure to both SEO and PPC (must be evident on CV) \n
Proven experience managing and mentoring junior Project Managers \n
Strong experience using Asana for project planning and delivery \n
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment \n
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills \n
\n\nDesirable Experience\n
\n Background working within a media or marketing agency \n
Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms \n
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments \n
