Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Location: Liverpool city centre on a hybrid basis

What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop: Run 1:1s, coach your team, and build a high-performing group of project professionals.
Drive Governance: Ensure clarity, compliance, and quality across projects of varying size and complexity.
Collaborate at Scale: Engage with senior stakeholders, technical leads, and heads of department to align priorities.
Champion Best Practice: Partner with data protection, security, and audit teams to maintain robust controls.
Own the Roadmap: Shape the project department’s strategy and publish regular updates on progress.
Quality Assurance: Review and refine project documentation before it reaches senior leadership.
Operational Excellence: Manage time tracking and reporting for the team, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
What we are looking for:
Deep knowledge of insurance processes and experience in large-scale organisations.
Proven project management expertise and ability to handle complex stakeholder relationships.
Exceptional leadership and people skills – you inspire, listen, and collaborate.
A proactive, ambitious mindset – ready to push forward and grow within the insurance sector.
Strong understanding and effective implementation of project methodologies to facilitate delivery.
A proven proficiency in project management tools
Excels at managing risk, change and conflicting priorities.
Strong planning and organisational skills to manage multiple workstreams.
