Senior Project Manager \n Construction Consultancy | London \n Salary: Up to £70,000 \n\nWe're working with a well-established construction consultancy firm in London that is looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join their team in London. As a leading construction consultancy, they partner with ambitious clients to deliver complex, high-profile developments - across various sectors including retail, commercial, and mixed-use - with precision, clarity, and creativity. \n\nIf you're looking for rapid progression, high profile, multi-million-pound projects and a company that truly values you and your ideas, this is the role for you!
\nKey responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:\n\nDeliver high-quality project and programme management across all phases.\nProvide expert guidance on project cost, programme, risk, and emerging issues.\nLead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, promoting strong collaboration.\nBuild and maintain effective client relationships through clear communication.\nPrepare and present comprehensive project reports, including risk registers and schedules.\nDevelop and execute robust project delivery plans.\nMentor junior members of staff.Requirements:\n\nA recognised Project Management qualification (APM, RICS, or equivalent) or progressing towards one.\nProven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.\nStrong grasp of industry best practice in Project Management.\nKnowledge of both pre- and post-contract Project Management duties.\nDemonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation through to completion.\nExperience working under JCT contracts.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to remain composed and effective under pressure.Ready for a new challenge?
