Senior Project Manager – High-End Residential Development (£270m)
Location: Battersea
Salary: Up to £100,000 + package

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a flagship £270m high-end residential development comprising 300 units. This is a major Phase 3c scheme and represents a critical appointment within the senior delivery team.
The successful candidate will operate as number two to the Project Director, taking responsibility for key elements of delivery and leading a team of Project Managers.

The Role
*
Act as Senior Project Manager, reporting directly to the Project Director
*
Manage and mentor multiple Project Managers reporting into the SPM
*
Take ownership of key workstreams through pre-construction and delivery
*
Become heavily involved in pre-construction activities
*
Lead and develop Stage 3 & Stage 4 design
*
Oversee complex construction elements including basement works and façade packages
*
Maintain programme, quality, cost, and client expectations on a high-profile scheme
Candidate Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use schemes
*
Experience working on high-end, complex developments
*
Strong understanding of basement construction and façade systems
*
Confident managing and leading multiple PMs
*
Able to operate effectively with a demanding client environment
*
Strong pre-construction and design development capability
