Senior Project Manager (Global) Location: Southampton, England, United Kingdom. Role Overview You will be responsible for planning, implementing and tracking simultaneous customer projects, ensuring on‑time delivery to agreed standards and budgets. You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of complex, global enterprise customers and collaborate closely with our delivery teams. Responsibilities
Plan, implement and manage projects for a variety of customers, adapting methodology for bespoke projects when required. Create a detailed project plan that identifies and sequences the activities needed to complete the project. Determine the resources—time, support, interdependencies—required to finish the project. Provide feedback, advice, updates and encouragement to team members. Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness. Manage issues, risks and change requests to ensure successful on‑time delivery. Produce and deliver clear, succinct documents, proposals and presentations using multiple inputs and data sources. Establish and manage the communication schedule to update customers and internal stakeholders on delivery against plan. Deliver project presentations to senior customer representatives and key stakeholders. Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior level customers, including internal executive teams across multiple clients. Support sales pitches to prospective customers describing Benefex projects. Undertake post‑implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes against agreed plans and identify improvement opportunities. Act as an internal role model for the wider project management team, living the high standards and helping others achieve the same.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience successfully managing multiple projects, preferably in a software or solutions delivery role. Proven record of managing large, complex customer deliveries. Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple projects with competing deadlines and solve problems. Completer‑finisher who is a proactive thinker with ownership and accountability. Avid user of project‑management reporting tools (e.g. projectmanager.com, Airtable, JIRA, MS Project). Recognised project‑management qualification is a must. Willingness to challenge status‑quo and remove barriers by identifying solutions. Experience in the benefits industry is a plus but not essential. Must be based in the UK or Ireland; no visa sponsorship offered.

£55k+ base salary (flexible depending on experience).
