Senior Project Manager - FM - NHS - Birmingham £75k. A Senior Project Manager is required to work across 4 operational hospital sites in the West Midlands. You will manage 3 site managers and a project coordinator, delivering the trust’s capital plan (£6-9m a year). Working through various projects – energy, new installation, lifecycle, refurbishment, maintenance replacement – you will be responsible for your own P&L. Other tasks will include design phases, managing processes, contract management, finance, invoices, debts managed, contracts created and executed, assessing risks, pricing works, managing compensation events. You will manage a team, so previous experience is a must. You must have a technical background. Healthcare experience is a must as well as having an HNC.
