Senior Project Manager – Finance Change – Public Sector


A public sector organisation is implementing a major ERP system for their finance function and have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to play a key in delivering finance process changes for the implementation.


You will have experience managing complex business and technology projects in regulatory/compliance focused environments, being responsible for detailed project planning, stakeholder management, process improvement, integration oversight, governance, risk and issues management, and project team leadership.


You should apply for this role if you are/have:


  • 7+ years project management experience within complex and regulated environments
  • Experience in projects within finance functions, with a focus on process-based changes
  • ERP/SAP experience is preferred but please note this is not a functional/technical role
  • Industry experience in housing, property management, or public sector is ideal
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution


This a £570-620/day umbrella rate role. Hybrid with 2-3 days/week in Worcestershire. Initial 3 months but on a longer-term initiative and highly likely to be extended.
