Role Summary The Energy Transition team seeks Project Managers to run multidisciplinary FEED and Detailed Design projects in the UK and Europe. This role contributes to process improvements and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities

Lead multi-disciplinary design projects (civils, process, electrical, mechanical protection and control). Deliver project scope to time, quality and cost. Build and manage strong relationships with senior client representatives and internal stakeholders. Establish effective communication across the project delivery team. Lead problem solving and decision making. Control commercial aspects of the project under contract arrangements. Manage risk to the business and to the client. Work effectively on several projects concurrently to deliver to tight deadlines.

Essential Qualifications

Relevant engineering or management degree or successful experience in project management of energy sector projects. Proven delivery of multidisciplinary design projects. Excellent communication skills. Ability to adapt and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. Collaborative skills – ability to work with cross‑functional teams located in different countries.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience within the Energy sector. Experience across all stages of the project lifecycle. Relevant PM qualifications (e.g., PMQ, PMP, Prince 2).
