The role involves leading and delivering Project Management commissions for high‑profile clients across various sectors, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.ResponsibilitiesHelp establish overall success criteria for projects, including time, cost, technical and performance parametersEnsure appropriate line managers are aware of quality, safety, health and environmental issuesSet up effective project governance, processes and systemsPlan projects, producing detailed project plansAdvise on procurement of resourcesLead and facilitate the overall cross‑functional project teamMonitor and apply performance management techniquesManage the change control processMonitor and advise on project financesManage the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communicationsPrepare formal project progress and other reportsInterface with the client and other consultants at all project stagesQualificationsDegree level educationConstruction or property related academic qualification (the degree can satisfy this)Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture is desirableExperience delivering CAT A & B projectsExperience with tall buildingsDelivered schemes in excess of 30,000 sq ftProject Management experience in a consultancy is preferredAdditional InformationWe provide a flexible, healthy, and productive working environment that respects work‑life balance.
