Freelance Senior Project Manager Construction| Super Prime Residential | London A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to act on behalf of a UHNW clientoverseeing the delivery of a new build residential development in London. This is a technically challenging scheme involving a deep basement structure, complex structural steel and reinforced concrete frame, currently progressing on a live construction site. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the build through its next critical phases and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Represent the client in overseeing day-to-day construction activities on site. Coordinate with the main contractor, consultants and specialist subcontractors. Monitor programme performance and ensure construction milestones are achieved. Ensure the project is executed safely and in accordance with design intent and specifications. Essential Requirements Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline .
