They urgently require an ambitious Project Manager with hotel project experience to join their highly successful specialist team in London. The requirement is for a self-starter from a consultancy or client-side project management background in the hotels/hospitality sector, with the necessary entrepreneurial skills to manage Capex and refurbishment projects for a major hotel brand operating throughout London and the Southeast of England. Projects ranging typically between £2-£5m in value. As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for a program of works across multiple sites from design development, appointing subcontractors and overseeing the delivery of multiple projects through to completion.
