The role involves managing high-value life sciences and commercial projects, typically £150m+, from inception through to completion. This is a high-profile position for an experienced professional with a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale construction projects.

Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams effectively.
