Senior Project Manager – Property Development

Location: London (with travel across London & South of England)

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager ready to take full ownership of exciting, high-profile property developments? Join a dynamic and growing development team, where you’ll have the opportunity to shape multi-phase, mixed-use regeneration projects from concept to completion, making a real impact on the built environment.

This is a high-responsibility, high-reward role reporting directly to a Project Director, offering the chance to work across London and the South of England. You will be required to travel, with involvement across at least one London scheme and one development elsewhere in the South of England.

• Take full ownership of projects, from bids and budgets through to construction, handover, and post-completion

Key Responsibilities

You will play a central role in delivering developments and will be responsible for:

• Leading bids and feasibility studies for new developments
• Procuring and managing consultant teams, fees, and approvals
• Managing client briefs, budgets, design and procurement programmes
• Negotiating third-party agreements and handling legal/funding arrangements
• Managing neighbourly matters, surveys, and site investigations
• Supporting marketing and branding initiatives for projects
• Overseeing main contractor procurement and building contract documentation
• Ensuring compliance with approvals, cashflow, and construction quality
• Authorising payments, drawdowns, and monitoring expenditure
• Managing project completion, handover, snagging, and defects
• Providing progress reports, forecasts, and attending scheme reviews
• Building strong relationships with partners and staying ahead of market trends
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement across project delivery
