Managing client‑side delivery of technical projects across an urban portfolio, ensuring capital works meet brief, asset strategy and energy performance goals. Managing consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver refurbishments, lifecycle replacements and infrastructure upgrades, maintaining compliance and driving safe, efficient and sustainable outcomes across all projects.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering end‑to‑end technical projects.
- Managing client‑side coordination activities.
- Developing scopes, budgets and timelines.
- Managing risks, reporting and communications.
- Ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate PDMS and Risk Wise data.
- Providing technical oversight of building services.
- Ensuring statutory compliance and audit closure.
- Managing contracts, procurement and performance.
- Engaging stakeholders to enable successful outcomes.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree or HND in building services, FM or project management.
- Professional membership and H&S or PM qualifications desirable.
- Proven delivery of technical projects and strong compliance knowledge.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, contract oversight and using PDMS/Risk Wise.
