Senior Project Manager / Team Lead

£60,000–£65,000

Remote (Twice per month Milton Keynes)

We are hiring for an established UK software business delivering digital transformation solutions into enterprise and public sector customers.

This role would suit a Senior Project Manager with supervisory experience — or someone ready to step into team leadership — who wants a blend of hands-on delivery and people management.

You will lead a team of 6 Project Managers (performance reviews, coaching, recruitment support and team development) while also managing your own portfolio of customer software implementation projects.

We’re looking for experience in:

• Customer-facing software / SaaS implementation projects
• Managing multiple concurrent projects
• Leading or supervising Project Managers
• Professional Services / software delivery environments
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery

Particularly relevant backgrounds:

• Senior Project Manager
• Project Management Team Lead
• Professional Services Delivery Lead
• Software Implementation Team Lead

Infrastructure, migration and non-software delivery backgrounds are unlikely to align.
